These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the online driver-application ("the Application") provided by Jensen Transport, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Application
The Application is provided to let prospective drivers apply for employment. You agree to use it only for that purpose and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.
Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you provide is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or incomplete information may disqualify you from consideration or, if discovered later, result in termination of employment. A driver application is used to make employment decisions under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to SMS text messages, you agree to receive them from us regarding your application and hiring process. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent to text messaging is optional and is not a condition of applying or of employment. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No Guarantee of Employment
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or any obligation on our part to offer employment. Nothing in the Application or these Terms constitutes an offer or contract of employment.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jensen Transport, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
