Jensen Transport, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our online driver-application ("the Application"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when you complete or begin a driver application, including your name, contact information (email address and mobile or other phone number), employment and driving history, and the qualification and consent information required for a commercial driver position under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (49 CFR Part 391). Certain sensitive identifiers you enter (such as Social Security number, date of birth, and driver-license number) are encrypted and stored separately for employment-eligibility and safety-screening purposes only.

How We Use Your Information

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Jensen Transport, Inc. about your employment application and hiring process. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. SMS opt-in is optional and is not a condition of applying or of employment.

Mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in) will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third party except aggregators and service providers strictly to deliver the messages you request. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers who help us operate the Application and screening process (for example, our hosting, messaging, and background-check vendors), and where required by law or to comply with our regulatory obligations. Mobile opt-in data is never shared for third-party marketing.

Data Security & Retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we encrypt sensitive identifiers at rest. We retain application records for as long as needed for hiring and to satisfy legal recordkeeping requirements.

Your Choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations, by contacting us below.
