Terms of Service

1. The service

Hire365 puts a business's open jobs on their own web pages, built so Google, Bing and job sites that read job feeds can list them, and sends every application straight to the business by email. By paying for Hire365, or by posting a job through a private setup link we sent you, you agree to these terms for the business you represent.

2. Your job page shows exactly what you enter

We publish your posting word for word: the title, description, pay, hours, kind of job and your business details, as you typed them. We do not rewrite, correct or check it. A blank line starts a new paragraph and a line starting with "- " becomes a bullet point; nothing else changes. Check spelling, pay and contact details before you post. You can edit a job or take it down at any time from your setup link, and the change is live right away.

3. Price and billing

• Hire365 costs $399 every 4 weeks (28 days) for each job you have posted, which is 13 charges a year, no matter how many people you are hiring for that job, plus a one-time $299 setup fee on your first payment. The setup fee is waived for current Drive365 customers.
• Or pay once: a one-time posting is $499 for one job, up for 28 days, plus the same setup fee. It is never charged again; before it ends we ask whether you want another 28-day run, and each run is paid for the same way. A one-time posting covers one job at a time.
• On the every-4-weeks plan, your card is charged through Stripe when you sign up and then every 28 days until you cancel. When you post or take down a job, the monthly charge follows the number of jobs you have up.
• Prices may change. A change applies from your next charge after we tell you, never to a 4-week period you have already paid for.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by replying to any Hire365 email or writing to [email protected]. Your jobs come down when your subscription ends, and we tell Google and the job sites they are gone.

All payments are final and are not refunded, including for part of a 4-week period. When you cancel, your jobs stay up through the 28 days you have already paid for.

5. Missed payments

If a payment fails, your jobs stay up while Stripe retries the card, and for 7 days after the paid 4-week period ends. If it still has not been paid, your jobs come down until it is; paying brings them back on the same pages.

6. How long a job runs

Each job runs 28 days at a time. While your subscription is active, your jobs keep running automatically, 28 days at a time, with nothing for you to do; to stop one, take it down from your setup link or cancel. A one-time or free pilot posting ends after its run unless you choose to keep it up; shortly before it ends we ask whether you want another run.

7. What we do not promise

Google, Bing and the job sites decide on their own whether, where and how long they show a job. We build every page the way they ask and tell them about every change, but we cannot guarantee a particular placement, number of views, or number or quality of applicants.

8. Your responsibilities

• Post only real, open jobs for your own business, and only if you are allowed to post for it.
• Keep the details accurate and lawful, including pay, and follow equal-employment-opportunity and any pay-transparency laws that apply to you. Do not charge applicants any fee.
• You make every hiring decision and are responsible for handling applicants' information lawfully once we deliver it to you.
• We may refuse or take down a posting that breaks these terms, and will tell you when we do.

Hire365 is a job-advertising service. It is not an employer, a staffing agency or an employment agency, and it does not screen, rank or recommend applicants.

9. Your content

You own your postings and your logo. You let us store, show and send them to search engines and job sites only to run Hire365 for you.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep every job page up around the clock, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee that it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, Jensen 365 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or hiring outcomes, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Hire365 in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and email you before a change that affects your rights takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.

12. Text messages

We may text the phone numbers you give us about your account and your jobs. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
