Privacy Policy

Hire365, operated by Jensen 365 LLC · Effective October 7, 2026

Hire365 publishes job openings for businesses and delivers the applications people send them. This policy covers people who apply for a job and businesses that post one.

If you apply for a job

What we collect: what you type on the application: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), the best way to reach you, your city, your experience and when you can start, and a resume if you attach one. We also record when you applied, which page or site sent you, that you agreed to be contacted, and a one-way scrambled code made from your internet address (used only to stop floods of fake applications; it cannot be turned back into the address).

Who sees it:

• The business you applied to. Your application is emailed to them. If that business connects its own customer system to Hire365, your application is also added there. From then on the business's own privacy practices apply to its copy.
• Hire365. We keep your application on our servers and add you to our own contact system so we can confirm we got it and follow up about this application by text or email. We do not send you other jobs or marketing.

Your application goes only to the business you chose. It is never shown on the job page, sent to search engines or job sites, sold, or shared for advertising.

If you post jobs

We collect your business's name, address, phone numbers, website, logo and email addresses, the name and email of the person who set it up, and the jobs you post. Your job postings and business details are public on purpose: they appear on your job pages and are sent to Google, Bing and job sites. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number, only Stripe's customer and subscription references. We keep a record of the applications each job receives and the answers you give about them (interviewed, hired, not a fit) to build your monthly report.

Service providers

We do not sell personal data. These companies handle it for us, only to run Hire365:

• DigitalOcean (United States): hosts our servers and database.
• Cloudflare: delivers our pages securely and runs the "are you a person?" check on our forms.
• Mailgun: sends application and account emails.
• Stripe: takes payments from businesses.
• Our customer-contact system: holds contact records and sends the texts and emails described above.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and business records until they are deleted. A business can take its jobs down at any time, and anyone can ask us to delete what we hold about them by writing to [email protected]; we will confirm when it is done. We cannot delete the copy a business already received.

Text messages

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Texts about your application or your account may come from Hire365 or from the business you applied to. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), uploaded resumes are stored privately and never published, and our servers accept administrative access by key only.

Children

Hire365 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and email businesses before a change that affects how their data is used.
